Map Fixes 4.9

Information
This mod fixes a bunch of map related issuses (collisions, models and textures).
For a complete list of fixes, check “Fixes.txt”.

Requirements
OpenIV.asi
Mods folder.
Script Hook V .NET.

Installation
Move the “spmappatches1” and “spmappatches2” folders in “mods\update\x64\dlpacks”.
Add “dlcpacks:/spmappatches1/” and “dlcpacks:/spmappatches2/” to the “dlclist.xml”.
Move “MapFixes.cs” and “MapFixes.ini” in the “scripts” folder. This script “fixes” this issue at Stab City.

Added a modified “content.xml” for the mpsecurity dlc pack: this file prevents “mpsecurity_yacht.rpf” from being loaded and thus breaking a good chunk of Vinewood Hills when switching back and forth between the SP and MP maps.

Fixed the broken sofa inside the Franklin’s house in the MP map.
Made various computer monitors inside the Franklin’s Agency interior static.
Added a modified “content.xml” for the “patchday26ng” dlc (since the RPF can’t seem to disable with the same method of the other patchday pack). This file disables an archive to prevent fixes of the mod from being overidden.
Updated multiple map data files for the areas of Rockford Hills and Little Seoul/Koreatown.
Added the fixed minimap texture in the manual installation folder (as it can’t be no longer replaced from the dlc pack). The installation instructions are included in the folder.

Updated the dlcpacks and rearranged the files inside both: now the ones used by both SP and MP are stored in the “spmappatches” dlc while the MP only ones are stored in the “mpmappatches” dlc. Note: certain MP collisions still need to be imported manually.
Fixed a barrier near the Humane Labs not casting shadows.
Removed the “Stairs” flag (no more “weird” walk) from a few specific collisions of the stairs at the Sonar Collection Dock. The MP collision has been added to the manual installation folder (“cs1_08” is the new folder).
Changed the textures for the “Leopolds” and for the “Lust Resort” buildings with the ones from the “patchday26ng” dlc pack.
