Better and Enhanced Peds 1.0

-This mod makes the peds enhanced and adds more features into a lot of them. I managed to remake the older ones due to the fact a lot of theirs had low quality which seemed awful, so this is a better advanced one.
-This can also make the peds that cannot drive in traffic, now being able to by editing either peds.meta or pedpersonality.ymt

Installation: Using OpenIV, follow the paths in order for the mod to work:

Peds.ymt Edit:
Mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data
Note: You will need a decrypted version of peds.ymt. Open the peds.ymt and and on the top right corner click “Export” and then Export plain text. This will make the game not crash during startup.

Pick any of the peds to not have wrinkles in their clothing and change: ambientPed_upperWrinkles to: null

-If you want to make peds being able to drive in traffic, sincle a lot of them cannot, you can just simply change the personalities of each peds.
Examples would be:

FitnessMale can be changed into either: YoungRichMan, YoungAverageToughWoman, MediumAverageMan, YoungAverageWeakMan, YoungPoorMan, etc.

BumsMale can be changed into either: YoungPoorMan, MediumPoorMan, OldPoorMan, etc

FitnessFemale can be changed into either: YoungRichWoman, MediumRichWoman, OldRichWoman, YoungAverageToughWoman, etc.

Another way is you can edit the pedpersonality.ymt located at: Mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/metadata and locate each personality that does not have vehicle types:

Change: to: either PED_DRIVES_POOR_CAR PED_DRIVES_MOTORCYCLE PED_DRIVES_AVERAGE_CAR, PED_DRIVES_RICH_CAR PED_DRIVES_AVERAGE_CAR PED_DRIVES_BOAT, or PED_DRIVES_POOR_CAR PED_DRIVES_MOTORCYCLE PED_DRIVES_RICH_CAR PED_DRIVES_AVERAGE_CAR PED_DRIVES_BOAT.

If you want to a lot of the female peds and some male peds fight you back: Go to any of the personality that says “Woman or Female”

Change: Timid_Female to: BOLD_FEMALE, change: default to Confront, and change: Weak to: AVERAGE

Change: TIMID to: BOLD, change: default to Confront, and change: Weak to: AVERAGE

-This changes their behavior so they do not get insta knocked out by the player. They would also have a chance to confront the player if either of them is pushed, bumped, etc.
